For our 100% natural , gently cold-pressed Organic Sesame Oil, we use only the best quality ~ Humera from certified organic farmers in Africa. The sesame seeds are gently roasted at low temperatures. This is the only way to give the sesame oil its fine roasted aroma with a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids (80%).
