A blend of cold-pressed and refined walnut oil that gets its aromatic roasted note from partially roasted walnut kernels that are gently cold-pressed. The valuable Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin E are preserved. It is excellent for autumnal salad variations, goat cheese and desserts. Since part of the walnut oil is refined, it is excellent for frying vegetable and chicken dishes.
